Our second food truck spotlight is Roasted and Toasted. We spotted this truck on parked on Connecticut and Ft. Bragg. They’re an offshoot of the brick-and-mortar Roasted and Toasted in Sanford, NC.

Food Truck Spotlight: One Nine Drive
We have so many wonderful food trucks in our area that we’ve decided to start including them in our regular rotation of local restaurants. Our first spotlight is on One Nine Drive.
One Nine Drive is the mobile version of the brick-and-mortar 195 American Fusion restaurant in Southern Pines, NC. Their food truck menu is just as unique as the restaurant and changes with the season. They use locally sourced ingredients, and we’re always surprised that the food was prepared in a truck!
If you’re having an event of your own, they also offer catering.
