Food Truck Spotlight: Roasted and Toasted
Our second food truck spotlight is Roasted and Toasted. We spotted this truck on parked on Connecticut and Ft. Bragg. They’re an offshoot of the brick-and-mortar Roasted and Toasted in Sanford, NC.
Known for their waffles and specialty beans (they use only the “finest slow-roasted coffee with an emphasis on sustainability, using fair, organic & shade-grown beans”), it’s a great truck for breakfast lovers.
