Susa Sushi & Hibachi in Aberdeen sits in an unassuming plaza with Staples as the anchor. While it might not be flashy, it’s a comfortable family-run spot that offers great miso soup, sushi rolls, and tempura. They also have a full bar if you want to enjoy a drink during your visit.
When we went, we had the bento box lunch: one with beef and one with salmon. Both had a wonderful mix of different flavors and had plenty of food to fill you up. Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell that someone put attention into the preparation of the food.
