We visited the Carolina Dining Room at Pinehurst Resort and were treated to a memorable experience. The entire evening was like a family dinner. The staff is very personable and the service was seamless.

When Linda and Angela (staff members) found out we were visiting for Moore Eats, they kept suggesting we try little extras, like the chef’s play on steak and potatoes and the homemade sorbet.

We had the Steak Diane and a rack of lamb. Both were done to perfection. The desserts all sounded great, and the pastry chef made a taste of each one and gave us a piece of the famous Mile High Key Lime Pie.

The chef and pastry chef came out to visit after the meal. They stressed that Pinehurst is not just for golf but is a culinary destination as well. We heartily agree.
