June Food Events in Moore County, NC

Summer is officially around the corner! In between your backyard cookouts and community festivals, be sure to stop by some local spots for these June food events.

Here are a few events happening this month that you won’t want to miss:

June 9: June’s Full Strawberry Moon Celebration at Full Moon Oyster Bar & Seafood
Celebrate June’s Full Strawberry Moon by indulging in the Full Moon Oyster Bar & Seafood Super Moon Platter for two, which includes snow crab legs, fresh oysters, shrimp, mussels, clams, scallops, and King Crab.

June 11: Taste of Ace
Local chefs will be cooking on Broil King grills for you to sample their favorite dishes for the grill. There will be six locally-brewed beers to sample, face painting for the kids, live music, and learning sessions in the garden to teach about water features and vegetable gardening. June 11: Pop-up Snacks & Dessert at The Sunday Exchange Concert
Free concert at the Sunday Exchange Concert in Aberdeen. There will be food trucks, fun, and dance.

June 14: Caduceus Wine Dinner at Elliotts on Linden
Caduceus Wine is new to North Carolina and hosting a wine dinner at Elliotts on Linden. Reserve your place in advance for a four-course dinner paired with four Caduceus Wines from Jerome, AZ. Seating is limited.

June 15: Treat Yourself at The Flavor Exchange
Treat Yourself with an evening at The Flavor Exchange. Enjoy good food, drinks, shopping and friends!

June 26: Lunch & Learn Sandhills Farm 2 Table
Lunch & Learn in the gardens with Tim Emmert from Sandhills Farm to Table. Learn about the challenges and opportunities of running a regional multi-farm CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) and more. Bring your lunch and the Garden will provide drinks.
