Stubbs & Son BBQ in Carthage, NC is a new roadside BBQ spot in Moore County. Stubbs & Sons has two other locations — one in Sanford and one in Pittsboro. This location is mostly take-out, but there are a few spots to eat there. They also offer catering.
This pork is chopped, not pulled, so it’s an interesting twist on the BBQ we’re used to. When we stopped by, we tried the banana pudding and it was really good.
In addition to BBQ, there are delicious sides, desserts, and seafood meals available as well.
