The Sly Fox Pub in Southern Pines, NC is a favorite of locals and visitors alike. It’s run by the same owner as Elliott’s on Linden in Pinehurst, and the high standard transfers over. They have a Curry Special most nights, and they also have a card that entitles you to discounts if you try different curries on certain nights. The Sly Fox has a great beer selection, and you can even ask for a taste before ordering.
The night we were there, we tried the bangers and mash, no name beef dish, and fish and chips. Everything was delicious, and we couldn’t help but follow it up with the dessert tower (it’s brought tableside and VERY hard to resist).
