Started in 2010 by Betsy Markey, Betsy’s Crepes is a local favorite in Southern Pines, NC. Enjoy a delicious crepe while sitting outside and watching all that goes on in vibrant Downtown Southern Pines. They have a wide variety of crepes available (including a build-your-own crepe option). We went with simple crepes, but they were still wonderful. The grits are excellent and highly recommended. Open for breakfast, brunch, or lunch, the savory crepes from Betsy’s are filling and very tasty. Not surprisingly, the restaurant is always busy, but tables open quickly and service is efficient.
